Permanent Marker Triploid is our take on the new-school West Coast hype – syrupy dessert terps, thick creamy gas and that inky, almost chemical funk that makes the name make sense. We took an elite Permanent Marker cut and ran it through our triploid breeding programme to lock in resin, structure and yield.
Buds stack up fast into chunky, golf-ball flowers that link into heavy spears by the end of flower. Expect deep purples, neon greens and a glassy layer of trichomes that makes the whole plant look wet. It’s the kind of frost that sticks to gloves, grinders and everything in between.
Crack a jar and the room fills with sherbet candy, grape gelato and sour marker funk. Underneath sits thick fuel and a creamy, almost incense-like back note. On the exhale it’s sweet and tangy with a lingering, mouth-coating gas that keeps you reaching for another pull.
The high is full-send. A fast rush behind the eyes and across the cheeks, followed by a heavy, velvety body stone that doesn’t let go. Creative and chatty at light doses, but two or three deep hits can flip it to couch-lock pretty quickly. Night-time or “nothing to do tomorrow” material.
Triploid genetics keep the line tight – strong lateral branching, solid tops on every stem and a canopy that responds beautifully to topping, SCROG and light defoliation. If you’re hunting for a headliner strain for jars, rosin and full-melt, Permanent Marker Triploid is built for that job.
